DEConnectivity with style: Heatable Capsule Collection 2.0

In winter 2020, RedBull's premium fashion brand "AlphaTauri" caused a stir with their Heatable Capsule Collection 1.0.
In cooperation with Deutsche Telekom and Schoeller Textil AG, a collection of jackets and waistcoats was launched, which are equipped with heating elements and sensors, powered by a USB power bank.
Individual comfort settings for cold days can be made via an app. Micro-climate sensors ensure all-round well-being.

New collection, new electronics...
The app for the first winter '20/'21 collection already was developed by us. Starting with the Heatable Capsule Collection 2.0, the main electronic components also come from ImagineOn.
While retaining the existing components, such as heating elements or the control element sewn into the clothing, we have redesigned the core electronics in order to bring the high demands of the customer up to the current state of the art.
We have also developed a manufacturing app that makes it possible to tell the electronics in which piece of clothing it is to be used in as few steps as possible.
Settings can also be made without an app using the controls sewn into the jacket.
The new 2.0 collection consists of a trench coat for men and women and a unisex commuter jacket.
The new interactive features include a swap mode, an additional heating zone control in which the pocket and back areas are alternately heated. There is also an auto mode that can be used to set a selectable temperature and hold it automatically.
